The staff here were super friendly, the vibe was chill, and it's in a prime spot right by the FSE bus station and the old town. My room was spacious with a nice shower and a comfy queen-size bed. 💫

We had a lovely stay at this B&B in Lecce. The room was beautiful and we particularly enjoyed our own patio. The hospitality of the staff, especially Gulio, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with great information and even organizing a doctor's visit when my partner got sick. The breakfast was delicious and the ability to make coffee whenever we wanted was a bonus. We were also impressed with the spaciousness of the living area and the well-equipped kitchen.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at a B&B in a quiet location just outside the old town of Lecce. The spacious and well-equipped apartment was perfect for my needs. The added bonus of a parking space right outside was a real plus. I was welcomed with a bowl of fruit and water in the fridge, making me feel right at home. The small outside yard provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring. The location was great, just a 5-10 minute walk to the historic center and close to transportation. I highly recommend this place for a few days in Lecce.

I had a most enjoyable and positive experience during my first visit to this hidden gem in Puglia. The location of the property was superb, just a 5-minute walk from the enchanting old town. It made it incredibly convenient for me to explore and find delicious food nearby. The apartment itself, Number 3 Suite South, was absolutely beautiful and provided all the comforts I needed. The air conditioning in both rooms worked perfectly, ensuring I stayed cool throughout my stay. The private terrace was a wonderful bonus, offering a peaceful and quiet space to relax. The breakfast provided was fresh and varied, with excellent espresso to start my day. The owner, Guilio, was fantastic. He warmly welcomed me with treats and was always attentive whenever I needed assistance. He even loaned me bikes to explore the town and adjusted the heating to ensure I was always comfortable. The smart and fast wifi was also a great addition. this B&B Residenza Pizziniaco provided an exceptional experience for my stay in Puglia. I do have a few minor recommendations for the property, such as improving the cleanliness and updating the shower, as there was a constant foul smell. However, these small drawbacks did not affect my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lecce for a delightful and memorable stay.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Lecce for a few nights. The owner, Giulio, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the B&B was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the old town of Lecce. Giulio even upgraded me to a superior room with no extra charge. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with fresh fruit and pastries. I highly recommend this B&B for its excellent service and convenient location.

The rooms are well ventilated and bright, thanks to the ancient stone vaults and ground floor location. The rooms are equipped with premium bedding, free WiFi, and air conditioning, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The studio apartment on the ground floor is spacious, with a small garden for exclusive use and a private parking space. The private bathroom is well-equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The room on the first floor offers access to a shared terrace, adding another charming space to unwind.
The room on the ground floor with stone vaults might not be everyone's cup of tea, as the style and ambiance may feel a bit rustic to some.

Great location, only 5 minutes from the historic center and 10 minutes from the train station and bus stop
Small and friendly atmosphere, felt very safe and welcoming. Big and comfortable flat with a baroque style. - Quiet area and street, with parking available. - Helpful and friendly staff. - Supermarket only 5 minutes' walk away. - Easy access to the old town and its beautiful buildings and ruins. - Option to purchase a pass to visit churches and a museum. - Convenient for day trips to other towns and the beach. - Owner met me at the train station and provided maps and guides. - Good breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries
Felt like being at home, couldn't find anything to complain about.
